リアリティを感じる製品がありませんでしたが
RUPERT NEVE DESIGNS Portico5042は
本格的なテープ･シミュレーターサウンドを得ることが出来ます
ロンドンのダブ･トラック風のローとハイのあの感じや
エイドリアン･シャーウッドのミックスなどで使用された
1/4インチ･テープ､走行スピード7.51PSアナログ･マスター･レコーダー
その低音の感じなど、非常によく再現されています
本機は、楽器単体にかけるよりもミックス時のマスターや
マスタリング用途に向いているのではないでしょうか｡
独特なハイ落ちとローの盛り上がりがあるのですが､
SATURATIONや走行スピードのモードを使用して
音色優先でありががらテープのリアリティのある感じを
出すことが出来ます。
